1. Agreement
By submitting an order through lickerlids.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an order.
2. Products
Licker Lids are peel-and-stick, tamper-evident drink-cover stickers. All orders are custom-printed with your branding (logo, colors, optional QR code). Available in quantities of 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, and 2,500.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Prices listed on lickerlids.com include shipping to the continental United States.
- Orders placed through the website are order requests, not final purchases. We will confirm your order details, branding, and total cost before processing payment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- Promo codes are subject to availability, usage limits, and expiration. Promo codes cannot be combined.
4. Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 4–5 weeks from order confirmation.
- Express Delivery: Estimated ~3 weeks from order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping timelines may vary due to supplier availability, shipping carrier delays, custom design complexity, or other factors beyond our control. Licker Lids is not liable for delays.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Before production begins: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us.
- After production begins: All orders are custom-printed and non-refundable once production has started. This includes orders with custom logos, colors, or branding.
- Defective products: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect that is our fault, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will replace the defective items at no cost.
- Wrong order: If we send the wrong quantity or wrong design due to our error, we will correct it at no cost.
6. Custom Branding & Intellectual Property
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs you upload.
- By uploading a design, you grant Licker Lids a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order.
- We do not claim ownership of your uploaded designs.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
7. Product Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Licker Lids are designed as a visual, tamper-evident deterrent. They are intended to help indicate whether a drink cover has been disturbed. However:
- Licker Lids do not guarantee the prevention of drink tampering, drugging, or spiking.
- Licker Lids are not a substitute for personal vigilance, responsible service practices, or venue security measures.
- A sealed Licker Lid does not certify that a drink is safe to consume.
- Licker Lids assumes no liability for any incidents involving drink tampering, regardless of whether the product was in use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licker Lids, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Food Safety
Licker Lids stickers are printed on materials intended for use in proximity to food and beverages. Users are responsible for ensuring the product is used in accordance with their local health and safety regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
